My room could have been warmer

The hotel exceeded our expectations, we had a large south facing bedroom room, very comfortable king size bed and fully equipped with Hair Dryer and an ironing board Etc. The breakfast was healthy and plenty full, and the Hotel is also ideally located between Leeds and Manchester and half way between Halifax and Huddersfield, minutes away from the M62. The Wi-Fi is extremity good.

Modern hotel close to motorway, easy to get to tourist spots in the area.

Slow to respond to issues. Had a problem in the shower, the drainage wasn't working properly until I removed the cap on the outlet. Reported it but nobody came to look. On another day the room was refreshed to extent that a new towel was put in the bathroom plus a new toilet role however we needed two towels and the bathroom was not cleaned, or even wiped over. I reported this to the reception and was told that another towel would be taken to the room while we were at dinner. When we arrived back the other towel hadn't arrived. Had to go back to Reception and one was provided.
