The pool of course at the house perfect size for the kids
The furniture definitely needs replaced and updated. We both should agree with the money being made off the property which in comparison to others in the area is a little on the high side / you can definitely afford to. Also picture advertises two table’s on pool deck with chairs for both along side two loungers, actually had 1 table 4 chairs again if shown the truth would have brought more chair for the all the adults to be able to sit outside by the pool at night without having to sit on the concrete.

Everything was excellent!!! Beautiful houses and neighbourhood, felt safe all the time!
Curtains…. We are used to sleep in a dark so the curtains there don’t do much that’s the only thing

The pool and plenty of towels.
The property has years of dirt and build up of grime. there is a lot of wear and tear. Pool light didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work. The kitchen was dirty and had no lysol or cleaner to clean countertops. Cups were cracked the high chair was disgusting.
