Beautiful condo in a great location. Nice amenities and very well appointed. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Condo was clean and attractively furnished. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the bed were pretty worn out and not comfortable.

Dunes made the check in process so inconvenient. We paid our balance in full and guaranteed an easy check in. Refused to leave our parking permits in the condo or email. Arrived at the crowded office 45 min before official check in; waited in line 20 min and told I would have to come back in 25 minutes and wait in line again. I had to call the office 4 times and wait 4 hours to get the linens We paid for in the linen package. We were notified the water would be off to our building less than 24 hours before the shut off. Other guests at the property were notified 3 days prior to shut off. In the future I will avoid any property managed by Dunes Realty. I will go with a less desirable property to avoid Dunes Realty.
