The manager was very rude and he stole money from me

I hate the management

The reception was great, they are very friendly and helpful.

They are few things we did not like: 1- We have water problem at our first night 2- The wifi was not working well 3-The manager of the hotel put extra charges on us that was not correct but we paid for it because we did not want to get into arguing. Actually because of this, we were feeling very uncomfortable in this place and we checked out one night early and move to a better hotel.

Location of the hotel and accesibility

I was disturbed in my chamber many times for simple issues like changing the card of the room etc. The personel insited to enter in the room while I was resting.

It's feels like home Mr bahoum and kadija were exceptional The place is close to every thing Nice location and good Tea

dirty, loud music from next door, on a busy street, they gave us a room next to the office? so people in and out talking loudly
