This Best Western was very nice. The lady at front desk listened to my problem, checked reservations list, saw that there was an Unconfirmed Reservation in my name so she took my payment and all was good. Very nice lady. Late adternoon, Monday 19 October, 2026
My original reservation charge thru Booking.com on my Debit Card was blocked by my Credit Union (Service Federal CU) due to some form of fraud that the fraud dept could not explain. Either Booking or Best Western were on a list of some nature. I contacted the hotel to see if they had a room available. They did, I took it, and paid for it with the same Debit Card. No problems.
Today, in my bank check register, I see the charge from Best Western for $137.65, plus two others from Booking.com and BKG*Hotel for $138.03 each.
Booking.com wants to see records, invoices, etc before they do anything.
I add this statement to any review I do that involves Booking.com.

It was a nice property . I loved the coffee machine, it just like the ones in Europe. I was gladly surprised!!
The AC made a lot of noise at night.

The location was good.
The breakfast, oatmeal was cold, they had biscuits and gravy. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get biscuits. The server didnt even know they were out of them. She stayed in the back on her phone and seemed to be annoyed with anyone who asked for something. Everyone at breakfast was complaining. I specifically picked this hotel because I had a very good experience with them in Utah. I dont think I will be staying with them again. The hotel was older than I thought too. I thought it was a newer hotel.

The bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable
