the air conditioner was broken. i messaged property upon arrival regarding warm temps inside unit. Did not get a response until two days later. A portable a/c unit was placed in downstairs area. Bedrooms upstairs still very warm and uncomfortable. We left the following morning. Also 2/3 in party had BED BUG BITES!! NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME as I requested in my last communication with the property.

We loved how close to the beach we were.

It didn't get under 78 in the condo the entire time. And we kept the doors and windows shut.

Location - 2 minute walk to beach. Roomy - 2 bedrooms &. 2.5 baths. Beach views from family room & master bedroom.

Outdated carpet upstairs. Needs paint in most rooms. Bathrooms need updating. 2 decks are tiny.

It was spacious. Super close to the beach. The view was amazing. Close to other amenities. Clean and lovely.

We had a great time. The apartment was clean, plenty of space for my family, and right on the beach. Would definitely consider renting again in the future.

An outdoor shower vs the hose system that's currently there. It would be an awesome addition however the hoses worked just fine too. Not really a complaint but a suggestion.

It's was not to far from places you can eat from and the view and the house was amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like

Beach front view and access. Down the street from an assortment of food establishments and a short easy drive to historical St Augustine.
