PASSEGGIATA ALLA SPIAGGIA! Questa spaziosa casa a due piani si trova a 2 km dalla spiaggia di South Village. Un soggiorno e una suite privata con camera da letto principale si trovano al piano superiore per sfruttare la vista parziale sull'acqua. Recenti rimodellamenti hanno incluso l'aggiunta di una tana dietro il soggiorno che offre ulteriore sonno e privacy. Tutta la nuova biancheria da letto posterpedic per il 2017. Due camere da letto aggiuntive al livello principale. Patio privato situato al di fuori della zona pranzo offre un barbecue a gas, tavolo e sedie da picnic, ideale per grigliate all'aperto e intrattenimenti. Doccia esterna chiusa. La proprietà non ha linea di terra.

I chose this rental because it was right down the street from the house I used to stay in as a child. I was brining my own children back to the area I loved so much. My children 19, 17, and 11 all loved how different the beach was with the "lazy river" and sandbars. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for the 6 of us that stayed there. My only complaint was the location of the outside shower and area to store beach chairs, carts, etc. is not accessible from the road. The area behind the house was blocked off from the parking area of one of the adjoining units. We had to carry all of our beach stuff through the house which was very inconvenient.

The location is great! We love floating down the river to the beach. Parking is a plus and sleeps a good amount of people. The screened in porch is a relaxing spot to hangout at the end of the day.Only negative I would say is I love taking outdoor showers but it doesn’t drain so you are standing in a pool of water.

We loved being near the beach. Very spacious! We loved the porch but it needed a tv.. the beds were very uncomfortable.
