Where do I even begin, this place is so good in so many ways! The hosts, Francia and Denis, converted three rooms in their big house into guest rooms and created a pretty wonderful place. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. A bit small, but big enough. Toilet and a very spacious bathroom was across the hall, but they were reserved for my private use. The outside area consists of the pool, a well equipped kitchen and a large and cosy seating area. Considering that there are only up to 4 other guests in the house, you can consider these facilities to be almost private. Most importantly the hosts - they are very warm, speak good English and they kept doing big and small gestures - came and offered a glass of juice, some fruits, invited me and other guests for a cup of tea, cake etc. Denis even drove me around the town in his car and showed me the most important sights.

Renting a room in someone's house is not as private as a hotel room, but it's a general remark, not a problem with this particular house. Once I found someone else using "my" toilet. It could be just a mistake, but perhaps the rules about it being the private toilet of the ground floor room should be better defined.

Each of the hosts, Francia and Denis are super, together they are awesome. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Francia and Denis will interact with you as much as you wish and are a great source of local information and history for La Reunion.

It was not only a hotel, we got a feeling of sweet home there, it s something extraordinary there, what you couldnt pay with money, and it s all because of kind Denis and Francia, if we come to Reunion one more time, we come here again as well
