The excellent location, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano, Accademia Bridge and San Mark's Square, make it an excellent solution as a pretty, charming pied-à-terre.This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living are, small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, frigo, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of venitian styles from the past and the present.
The apartment can be reached from Marco Polo airport via motorboat Alilaguna orange line stop Sant'Angelo. By rail or Piazzale Roma by ACTV ferry line 2, stop San Samuele. Via water taxi stop San Samuele.
A gondola service for 2€ on the Grand Canal to Ca 'Rezzonico to the Museum from the 18th century in the district of Dorsoduro and the 'Traghetto' to 'Garzoni' which leads to SaToma, in the district of San Polo.

The apartment was perfect, just as described and as it looked in the pictures. It is centrally located to just about everything so you could get to any of the main attractions within about a 15 minute walk. It was close to restaurants, shops and of course gelato. Carlo met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment and gave us a run down on what to do and how to get there, then showed us around a little bit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This property was so wonderful and I can't say enough good things about Stefano. The location is great far enough away from the bustle of Florence but close enough getting anywhere was easy by foot. The beds were comfortable and the weather was so perfect we were able to sleep with the windows open. It was perfection. I can't wait for my next trip to Florence and my next stay with Stefano!

The apartment was lovely and the location was excellent. Carlo and Maria were excellent hosts giving us a brief tour of the neighborhood.

Carlo and Maria are the best hosts! They arranged a private water taxi for us after a long day of train travel. Carlo met us at the train station and took us directly to the taxi and to the apartment. He spent time with us showing us a map of Venice and then stepping outside with us to show us a few key points of the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable…perfect for our family. We loved our location and Venice is just the most Beautiful city! We will be back
