We have stayed at this condo complex several times in the past, staying in different units than this one. We love the location and the condos we have stayed in before. This condo, however, did not meet our expectations at all. There are some items that need immediate attention and then some items that should be addressed due to the amount of money being charged for the unit. Items that need immediate attention: 1. The carpet must be cleaned or replaced. It has numerous dark stains. 2. The sheets must be replaced. Several fitted sheets had large stains. 3. The tile floor must be scrubbed or steam cleaned. I dribbled water and used a paper towel to wipe it up. The towel was brown after wiping. 4. The shower curtain must be replaced. Again, it is stained. 5. The sliding glass door needs to be cleaned. Many visible fingerprints are on the glass. 6. The screen needs to be replaced on the sliding glass door screen 7. When using the dishwasher it drains through the air vent, which fortunately goes into the sink. 8. The main bedroom sink faucet leaks. Things that should be replaced: 1. The couch is very worn and stained. The pull out sofa is unusable as a bed due to the bar in the back. 2. Pictures on the wall have holes poked into them. 3. Walls need to be repainted. The second bedroom walls are dirty and marked. 4. The provided shampoos are old. We used our own. 5. The provided blow dryer is very old.

Great location, lovely condo with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. When I had a question, the owner responded quickly.

This place was absolutely great. The beds were comfortable it was spacious. My only negative experience was I felt the need to give the bathtub a good scrubbing because there was lots of hair caught on the decorative tile on the side of the enclosure.

Perfect location to beach and shopping. Would recommend it to anyone who ask.

We were thrilled to find this location for Cal Poly graduation. Staying in Pismo Beach gave us a reprieve from the heat! Also, great location in Pismo - easy walk to everything you need, including the beach. Very comfortable beds and great to have the two bathrooms. Very handy to have the two parking spots too. Would definitely stay again!

We had difficulty finding the lockbox for the key at check-in, as the instructions are confusing. The amenities were a bit lacking, no shampoo or conditioner and only a tiny bar of bathsoap in one of the bathrooms. Also, not every sink had hand soap. Luckily there are stores close by to purchase, but these were included in the online list of amenities, so we didn’t bring our own. I’m not upset we had to purchase, but remove them from the list of amenities on your site description so we know what is actually included. Finally, the sheets in the master bed are thin, pilled and rough- they really should be replaced with new ones, as they are scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall, I would give this a score of 6.5-7 out of 10, with the location being the highest mark.

Clean well equipped unit in great location two blocks from the beach!

Floors in the living room are remodeled so they are not stained , love the washer and dryer inside. Front door lock might need to be replaced you may have to jiggle it to get it to work right. Place was 100% secure and safe. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all the necessities & more. Dishwasher was a plus!! Balcony is very small but great side view of the beach. Restrooms are super spacious and both have bathtubs!

Great Location. This is best part. Close to everything. If all you're looking for is place to call home base/sleep, it's great. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in couple times. Little disappointed in some lack of maintenance: Towel bar in bathroom bent. Carpets old n look like they need cleaning. An armchair in living room had broken front leg and looks like someone put wood glue on it? Could not be sat in or it would collapse. We all commented that it probably would take a small amount of $$ to really make this place so much better... We DID enjoy our trip and as I said, the location was incredible.

We walked around the building several times until we found the lock box. I would like to think the owner has not been inside the property in quite some time because it was really dirty. We had a great time at the Casa Bella Vista. The property was close to the beach with access to restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids and want to cook and have a quick access to the beach.

Location can’t be beat. Had a great time exploring Pismo Beach. Loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer for our larger family. Will definitely be back!

We chose this property because of its location on Price St in downtown Pismo Beach. We were not going to be in the condo for much of our getaway, so a place to sleep, shower and dine-in was of primary concern to us. The property was comfortable and quiet. All of the necessary amenities were available. Having a working dishwasher and washer/dryer for laundry was a plus. The carpet is stained and in need of replacement throughout...the only real negative comment we would make, but the first thing we noticed when we entered. Some confusion regarding initial access to the condo (miscommunication regarding the location of the lockbox) was resolved by the owner with a timely response and the assistance of a neighbor.

I really liked that we could park our new car in a gated carport. The location is great for being able to walk to the pier, beach, restaurants and fun shops. The kitchen supplies were adequate and there was plenty of eating space around the generous table. I had a bit of a disappointment as there was not a complete set of sheets for the third bed. If I had been made aware of that I could have brought my own sheets instead of having to go shopping for additional sheets. We enjoyed our weekend.

This condo was great, right downtown near everything. The Pier, shop and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location for a Pismo Beach Vacation!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was conveniently located in downtown Pismo Beach and only 4 blocks to the beach and local eateries. The place was clean and stocked with kitchen utensils including plates and cups. I also liked the fact that it was in a gated parking lot so our car was safe overnight. The other neighbors were quiet and atmosphere was nice and calm. I would definitely come back to this vrbo. Thank you!
