L'appartamento è all'angolo di una palazzina situata nella zona pedonale del centro storico, luminoso e con vista sulla Piazza del Bastione, i giardini e il lungomare. Si articola su 2 livelli: al 1° piano camera matrimoniale con aria cond., camera con letto singolo, ogni camera ha bagno con doccia; al 2° livello, cucina, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e aria cond., toilet di servizio. Finestre antirumore. Garage privato. Il quartiere offre molte comodità: ristoranti, caffè, supermarket e negozi, ed è facile a piedi per il treno e per i battelli. L'appartamento è in una palazzina antica del 1500 ma è stato completamente restaurato nel 2018, in pieno centro storico, ospita comodamente 5 persone. Arredamento totalmente nuovo. I numerosi bagni consentono la massima libertà. La cucina è attrezzatissima, e sotto casa ci sono un supermercato, un verduraio e un laboratorio di pasta fresca, ma sono anche vicinissimi pizzerie e piccoli ristoranti, caffè, gelaterie. a piedi si arriva facilmente anche al famoso mercato rionale di Piazza Cavour aperto tutte le mattine da lunedi a sabato.

Lovely apartment in La Spezia. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to train station to explore cinque Terre!

Look no further for a place to stay in La Spezia! We stayed here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre as the train station is a easy 10 minute walk away. To begin, communications with Cristina was great as she responded to all my inquires right away which I really appreciated and check-in and check-out were a breeze. This apartment is super clean with all amenities including air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms! There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that my 2 young adult sons took and my husband and I had the main floor. We were very comfortable in this space and found that La Spezia has a lot to offer on it's own so add some time to check out the area. Don't miss Triangoleria Rizzoli for delicious sweet and savory pastry.

Perfecto
Fabulous location for Cinque Terre and day trips to Portofino and Santa Margarita. Wonderful spot with 3 sleeping areas, 3 full baths and AC. Excellent set up with washing machine, TV, and internet access. Loved it!

This property is splendid. Starting with the communication to check-in checkout, it couldn’t have been easier. The central la Spezia location made it so easy to get around the town, and served as an optimal launching point for visiting the 5terre towns. The ferry station and the train station were easily reachable, both within a 10 - 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Now about the apartment. First, it was spotless, well appointed, with all the amenities, including in the kitchen , baths (there are 2.5!) and the bedrooms. The instructions were clear and comprehensive, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. One of the best, if not THE best, we have ever rented in almost 20 years of vacation renting.

Pleasant in La Spezia
We enjoyed our stay in Cristina’s property. Bed was super comfortable and shower room although small but nice. The noise from the square in the front was loud on Saturday but ok on other nights. I hope Cristina will put a sign on or near the door so as to give future renters some confidence they are trying to open the correct apartment. Overall very comfortable
