This was a new rental for my family. We have been coming to Dennis for 25 year and have stayed in 3 houses. This property was in a great neighborhood and the property itself was very nice. Beautiful outdoor deck and nice yard.

We have been renting 48 Nipigon Way W for many years. I call it my COTTAGE! Every time we arrive something new has been done. We had a couple of issues this year but they were taken care of right away.

The cottage we stay in I consider "My cottage" because we've rented it for so many years. And now there is AC in the bedrooms.
