Reservation and payment process was not clear since the property was no longer being rented through VRBO.
Instructions on building and apartment entries were difficult to understand.
We did appreciate the property manager coming to our aid and give us what was needed to enter the rental.

As a solo traveller, the check in process was quick, easy, and safe. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the unit came with everything I needed to settle in quickly and easy.
Would highly recommend for your stay in Madrid!
