příjemné místo, uzavřený blok domů, příjemný apartmán, ochotný personál na recepci,

horší komunikace při předání klíčů při příjezdu( prvním telefonátem na uvedené telefonní číslo jsme byly odkázány na druhý uvedený telefon, ten nejdřív nikdo nebral, pak se nám dostaly jen strohé a neúplné informace, které nám - nebýt ochotné recepce v areálu - moc nepomohly. Informace o tom, že nemáme kde parkovat se nám dostala až po dotazu po příjezdu, takže jsem musely hledat místo na parkování na ulici, takže uváděná částka za parkování opravdu nestačila. (E-mail s požadavkem registrace před příjezdem byl doručen někdy před polednem v den příjezdu, kdy jsem jej již nezaznamenala - byla jsem v práci...možná by bylo lepší alespoň den před příjezdem)

The location was excellent within walking distance of everything (you have an amazing tram system). The apartment was clean, well appointed and quiet. We will definitely recommend Teichmann apartments to other people.

There wasn't anyone there to hand over the keys when we arrived. After half an hour of knocking on doors and stopping people on the street asking where the apartment was, we finally stopped a man (who was outside on his smoke break) and he spoke English. He very kindly loaned us his phone so we could call the office number. You must improve on your communication the DAY BEFORE people arrive explaining EXACTLY where the apartment is and how to get in touch with the host.

Location, size of the appartments, grocery shop and restaurants nearby. Clean.

One bead was broken. And the bed sizees in description do not reflect reality. Would as well recommend more equipment in the kitchen. Dining table bas bit to small for 4 persons.

Excellent location, with many cafes and transport facilities close by. Spacious and sunny apartment with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Responsive hosts who arranged housekeeping for us (on request) and fixed fused bulbs. Toiletries, detergent, and some groceries were thoughtfully provided.

The apt was not the one displayed on Booking.com. Upholstery and carpet needs refurbishment and crockery was mostly chipped.. A frying pan and can opener would be a good addition. Sadly we were not able to use the balcony as the balcony door could not be fixed in the entire month we were there.

Everything about the apartment, peaceful, clean, quiet and felt safe

Nothing really

Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved to sit on the balcony. Grocery store is in very close. We arrived at 23.00 and was little bit hard to find right entrance of building, but ovner was in touch with us even so late and we find everything. And on leaving day owner let us check out later as 10.00

There was no extra toilet papper (just 1/2 roll), no pan for cooking and no knife to cut anything for cooking. It was +38C outside and no air conditioning. There was fan, but it was helping nothing and inside was +29,5C. All day sun was shining in windows...

The apartment is situated in the very hip neighborhood. Amazing connection to the city center, Bila downstairs and dozen of cafes and restaurants as soon as you step into the streets. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was cozy.

Everything was OK, maybe a bathroom garbage can would be nice to have. Other than that all was good.
