The staff was amazing, the rooms are very nice

The rooms were PHENOMENAL! The aperol spritz were the best I’ve ever had. The beach access is amazing. Diva the dog, was so so cute and well behaved. The host and staff were 11/10. I don’t think I can rate them high enough!!

Beautiful, spacious rooms in a great location. The staff could not do enough for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Check in only open until 10pm, our flight landed at 10pm so had to book elsewhere for the first night losing money.

Beautiful little hotel, so many fragrant flowers, impeccably kept, and the staff were so welcoming and kind. The spa was the best we’ve experienced (and we’ve done many!).

Quite a distance from the train station. And oddly Apple Maps gets the location quite wrong - be sure to put in address specifically. No fault of the hotel.

- we had a large bedroom with noise cancelling windows - there is a spa and you get slippers and robes - the washing products smell good - overall refurbished nicely

- location is not great if you want nice views and peace & quiet: the hotel is located under a bridge with a fairly large amount of traffic which blocks the view to the sea and brings noise - we used the spa: 30€pp (overpriced in our opinion). it looks nice but there is a weird smell in the Hamamm, the jacuzzi was not clean enough as there were deposits accumulating on the sides when we used it (and we did shower thoroughly beforehand!), the entire place was not really warm, the sauna was 50degrees when we arrived which is not sufficient, the water for the tea was not plugged in before we arrived - the shower in our bedroom was leaking a lot and created slippery puddles - even though the room was large, there was no table (as advertised on the pictures) and there was no bedside lamps! - one of our beds didn’t have a duvet (the other one did) and we had to ask for an additional blanket (didn’t get a duvet) - the restaurant was unfortunately closed the only night we wanted to use it but we found out that same day (Wednesday evening) - we had a left over bottle of wine from our previous dinner but when we asked the staff to lend us a couple of wine glasses they refused (even though the glasses were just standing behind, in the bar) and gave us plastic cups. - payment took 10mn, not sure why - asked for a HDMI cable to connect our tablet to the TV , they couldn’t help. connecting the TV with the app was quite fastidious but we managed. the tv is so far from the bed and so small that it is impossible to see anything… and there was only one chair in the room. - we didn’t get a refill of shower gel for our second day and had to shower with shampoo - it was fairly cold in the breakfast area, others guests were also eating with jackets on. 50% of the lightbulbs were not working. we were offered eggs after we had eaten all the pastries and cakes we were given, thinking that this was it so had to turn down.

Water pressure in the room was problematic. The staff in the spa wasn't professional and the spa facilities were mediocre. Also, we were charged extra for services that we were told at the desk were included in the original spa price.

location was difficult to find because it isn’t the address listed in booking.com. I had to message the hotel after getting lost multiple times. I don’t recommend getting a massage or facial here. the massage therapist didn’t know what she was doing and even burnt me with a hot stone. She didn’t seem to have had any training in how to give a massage or facial. the massage rooms were freezing cold and I was uncomfortable the entire time. I would never of boo ked a massage if I knew how terrible it would be. the Spa facilities look good though - they just need better staff here

Very warm welcome and excellent staff

It was the best kind of room for a family of 4 that I've stayed in. There was lots of space. The hotel design was beautiful, I loved the mix of old and modern, the lush garden and the comfortable spaces. The room was functional and cosy. Kids especially enjoyed sleeping on the second floor with their own beds, their own private window and lights and all. There was lots of space and the room opened to a lovely courtyard with a little table and chairs, so it was great to step out for fresh air. Things I liked most: super comfortable bed, free parking, the courtyard, the great quality coffee and most of all the staff. Andreina and her team were super attentive, always available and we felt really taken care of. For example we were offered coffee and drinks upon arrival while doing the check-in. It was really lovely that they understood what people need after 4-hour travel :) There is a lovely dog, called Diva. I love dogs and it was so cute to greet her after a day of sightseeing. However, if you don't like dogs, then it shouldn't be a problem. The staff always made sure the dog didn't disturb the guests. Oh, and the location was great. Easy access to Pompei, Sorrento, the beach etc.

This is a boutique hotel and the attention to detail is key to a wonderful stay here. Everyone is so warm and friendly. The breakfast is filling and you can ask for some scrambled eggs on top of the continental breakfast. The room was magical, so spacious and bright and the shower was insane. Great temperature, pressure and every setting possible. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard, down to the tiniest detail with so many stylish touches. The private beach across the road is also lovely with the same owners and staff and high quality service. Town is about a 30 min walk away with a large port, cathedral and lots of restaurants. The spa is small but well equipped and the massages were divine! Highly recommend.

This is very much a personal issue but I am really afraid of dogs and there is one that freely walks through the main buildings. I will say that the owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful and I really appreciated it but I would not have booked had it been on the website. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints about this lovely hotel and the dog is very friendly. Taxis are extortionate to get around and unfortunately we didn't have much to do on rainy days.

restaurant was closed and no near by restaurants. you need to pay extra to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi facilities

Staff were friendly and helpful, quiet location away from all the crowds and noises. Private beach was a good addition too, resturant in the hotel at the evening was brilliant and reasonably priced.

Only small things would have been more variety at breakfasts, pastry and cake for 7 days straight did wear a bit thin, some more continental cereal or cooled items would have been good. And not having to pay to use the private beach would have been good too.

The staff was outstanding and all really went out of their way to insure our comfort!

The place was a little difficult to find and Google Maps was not very helpful. Parking was a little difficult as well, but was tolerable with all the other plus’s!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stumbled on this hotel after visiting Pompie and the rooms we wonderful, new and clean, the staff were amazing and the restaurant was the best we have had in Italy so far. wish we could have stayed longer but was on the way to Amalfi.

Everything was so nice here. Andreina and her team were so helpful. The beach opposite is fabulous and we enjoyed the excursions to Pompeii and Monte Faito. All the recommendations for restaurants were excellent. This is a unique and different destination. Highly recommended. The spa was small but very lovely and relaxing. We had treatments which were good and reasonably priced. Ask for the furnace suite. It's an amazing room.

Not much to say. Maybe the walk back from town was excessive but probably because I am not fit. Taxis are not frequent so get a cab number and make arrangements. (Carmine)

Great location if you're looking to move about a bit. Very spacious rooms. Great service. Great food. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Parking up the road.
