Positive: +Location +Ground floor (no stairs) +Big fridge +Air conditioner +Bathroom size (good water pressure) +TV size and function

Negative: -Not enough glasses and flatware (1 glass, 1 spoon) -Bed is basically on the floor and I believe the mattress should be change - A/C is good but only one exit is open, meaning you have to keep it very low to get it in the room as well - no bidet - uncomfortable sofa - curtains only white in the living, being at ground floor this means to be a little bit exposed and there is too much bright in the afternoon (and warm) - the door to access is a glass door - the entrance is shared with the dentist studio and they leave the common door that leads to the apartment open so there is no privacy and in summer warm gets in the unit as well
