We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well set up, and we felt very relaxed throughout our time there. The location was great and the amenities met our needs, making it an easy and enjoyable getaway. The only small issue we experienced was that the ceiling fans were not working properly, but this didn’t take away from our overall experience. We still had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it.

Thanks Leo we had an enjoyable stay.Leo is a most accommodating host. The house has great views over the bay. The amenities and facilities throughout the property are all good. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and essentials. The house is of the older style with 2 main bedrooms with double beds and older style wardrobes, and a smaller 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, and the rear of the house has a nice covered area with barbecue. The second toilet and laundry facilities are up some stairs at the rear of the property. The property is well maintained, with only some minor improvements needed to bring up up another notch. All in all this is one of the better properties we have stayed at in Hyams Beach over many years.

Perfect little place, despite the weather… Great views, great location for adventuring, easy walk to the beach and coffee shop but far enough away from the hussle and bustle of the busy season. Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy, well equipped kitchen - don’t forget yr linen.
