La struttura è veramente bella. Avevamo un terrazzo enorme che affacciava direttamente sulla piscina. Disponibile il parcheggio. L’appartamento bellissimo, curato nei dettagli, disponeva di tutto il necessario. Cucina ben attrezzata.

Location was perfect for us

The building at the back of the property made for an early start to the day

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent appliances. An easy walk to the shops and restaurants.

The hot water was a bit temperamental, but we eventually got the hang of it.

I like that it is situated a bit back from the main street and the city noise. I also like that the kichen has a large freezer/fridge, oven, toaster and washing machine and most everything else you will need on a vacation. The pool area is very nice.

This is the second year in a row I've been at the Napa Gem Suites. I don't know if they've changed who does their cleaning, but it was nowhere near as clean as it was last year. Especially the outside terrasse area was dirty and the outside furniture was dirty and worn and with missing cushions. I also didn't like that there is no system to when cleaning arrives. We were there for more than 2 weeks and the first time housekeeping came by was after 6 days. I'd like to at least know what to expect. And the hot water situation. Having to press buttons 30-60 minutes before you need hot water and water pressure in general does not feel very luxurious.
