Great location — close to metro stations and the Tskuiji market. Staff were phenomenal! My mom threw out her back while in Tokyo and they were so accommodating — even helping her get breakfast from the buffet. Very clean rooms and endless supply of toiletries.
The handicap accessible rooms should have walk-in showers with grab bars, not a step in tub with a shower.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the area is absolutely beautiful. I felt really happy staying here, and I’m honestly very sad to leave. I already can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and stay here again. ❤️🇯🇵 Highly recommended!

Staff were so friendly and the complimentary toiletries including expensive l'occatane face sets made my stay luxurious. Location was amazing too with good high floor room views over the bridge in Tokyo at night. Room also had free water and coffee machine.
Nothing- absolutely perfect. As a recommendation it would maybe be worthwhile investing in a pool/spa over the long term but i appreciate this isn't easy to do in a congested city like Tokyo!

Just the location.
Average breakfast, and average room. Given that, it is overpriced.
