Reception & check-in was very friendly.
all our requests for a baby cot and small things were quickly resolved smooth & easy.
strange neighbors who screamed and rang our doorbell late night and morning.

The apartment size was good
They clean only once per 7 days stay. In the day of cleaning they didn’t clean well

Great to stay here it's comfortable hotel with a good soundproof.
Just if the pillow should be replaced to another one in a good quality.

Check in problems ! At the arrival in the hotel , at the time interval I had send by email , the room were not ready . I had to wait more that 1,5 hours and other clients also .
The personal from the reception were not polite and they did not give us the contact of their management to claim ...
More that that they keep us waiting without a glass of water , I need to buy one . I Feld very uncomfortable !

The price was very high, No one to help you with luggage on arrival and check out.
TV Channels were very limited and mostly in German language, very few English speaking channels and they were news channels only. No food services at all, No vending machines available for snacks or drinks, No complimentary bottle of water is provided on arrival and the fridge is totally empty.
If you arriving late night no reception and your apartment key is kept in safe box outside the main entrance, you need to have the password to open the box and get your keys and it’s advised to stop at any gas station and buy some water and snacks since they don’t provide any water or snakes even with charges.

It was so easy to feel at home in the studio. The reception team is super nice and helpful! Everything you need is close by. Thanks for a lovely time in Munich!
The only thing I'd love is a little cleaning of the bathroom every 2-3 days - or alternatively more cleaning equipment so you can do it yourself!

The apartment is very stylish and modern - well equipped, good security and friendly staff
The apartment is far from the centre - required walking/tram/underground to get to Marienplatz. The heating in the apartment is set automatically and is too warm - opening the windows did not work too well as the street is noisy. No washing machine in the apartment.

Great appartment!!!! Very big, beautiful and comfortable
Theonly thing that bothered me was that ther is no phone i the roomto reach the reception. And that they give you only 1cleaning for a 7 days stay

Could use instructions for using the air. Had to open windows at night and was a bit noisy at times.

Nice Apartment, modern and good, the balcony is probably only a good thing for smokers, we were not needing the balcony at all.
No air conditioning, bad night, tired next day at the business meeting. For a price of EUR plus 200 air conditioning should be standard. In addition, don't forget the high parking fee of EUR 20 per vehicle.

this is such a great and vast proposition , rooms are big, lounge is great, bathroom are top.

The fact that there is no daily cleaning of rooms. They only clean once in 7 days. That was disappointing.

quiet and great location, good they had onsite parking. good facilities in room and nice balcony.
more toilet roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets should be supplied and salt and pepper.

We absolutely loved our stay at Time-house! We would not hesitate to return. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Such a well thought out, spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Easy to get to Marienplatz. One of our most memorable places to stay. Thank you!
