We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, plenty of space for us, the views were amazing.

Let me start by saying that this is the most amazing location you can fin on Whidbey. It is on the beach, accessible to it, with amazing views out to the Salish Sea. The windows all have incredible views and it’s worth staying here just for that. Other than that, the place could use a lot of updating, and the 3rd bedroom is very awkward. You have to access it through the master bedroom and then through the master bath. Awkward if anyone needs to stay in it, unless it’s for the kids and the parents stay in the master. We spent 75% off our time in the upstairs family/game room.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting looking right out at the Straights of Juan de Fuca, the Olympic Mountains and the San Juan Islands. The home/kitchen is well stocked. We will try to return again.

Our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) stayed at this property for two nights, and everyone enjoyed it very much. The house is located right by the ocean and offered spectacular views from every room. We watched the sunset from the deck, and the kids had a great time walking up and down the beach.
The house itself is well equipped and comfortable. Stores are just a short drive away in Oak Harbor. All in all it we are glad that we stayed at this property.

Awesome house, beautiful location…views! Big kitchen open to living area. Really great place for a family getaway. Beach access = climbing big rocks which is not an issue for us, just mentioning for those with limited mobility.
The only cons to me were the lack of fire pit which was in the pics and description. Disappointing for the kids. The mattresses were not great in our backs either.
BUT we all agreed it was one of the best paces we’ve stayed. Beautiful yet cozy and family friendly. Nice, flexible hosts. We are most meals on the deck. No one wanted to leave!

I would recommend Grab bars in the toilet areas. The beach was hard to get to for some and it was quite rocky to walk on. The view and deck was great! A tv downstairs would be nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Really great place to stay if you want to spend time walking the beach or relaxing while taking in the spectacular views. The house had everything one would need and then some.

Right on the beach, you can walk both directions forever feels like, house was clean and super comfy, we enjoyed ourselves. The one thing that I wouldn't mind being different is all the bedding is washed with laundry detergent with fragrance, which is hard for me to be around (I know this doesn't bother everyone), but I just slept on the couch instead.

The location is absolutely stunning. There was immediate beach access (a few steps) and the shore itself is walkable for a long distance.

We have stayed at this VRBO several times and it never fails to delight. Gorgeous views from nearly every room, low bank beach access, clean and welcoming environment, well-stocked kitchen, and great communication from the host. As a family of musicians, we especially love the piano. Every trip includes hours of music and singalongs.
The coffee table is the perfect size for a 1000 piece puzzle (we did 3 of them on this trip) and the dining room table comfortably seats 6-8 for meals and board games.
The kids' bunk room is a great space for them to play and hang out, and the upstairs crows' nest room is a nice space for adults to retreat and enjoy the view.
And - the beach in the winter is amazing. Huge waves and lots of active tidepools keep the kids happy for hours.
Highly recommend. If we could go there every week, we would!

We absolutely LOVED this property! Situated perfectly on the beach with huge windows to see the water from every room. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and walking up the beach to find the perfect rocks/shell/driftwood. Beautiful!!

The house was spectacular. The view was mesmerizing. We spent most of the time on the deck watching the Sound, loons, seals, otters and barges. We will remember this house fondly. The rooms were comfortable with large windows looking over the Sound. The kitchen was well equipped . I did find the third bedroom confusing as you had to go through one of the other bedrooms or go out the side door. Overall: WE LOVED IT. Memorable experience. Would rent again.

We had a lovely stay here. The setting is beautiful with nightly sunsets that can’t be matched. We found the location central to many of the activities we wanted to do. The house itself is well appointed and very comfortable. We would love to come stay again!

Clean property with ample amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer to really maximize & enjoy what this property had to offer. It was unusually hot during our stay. There was a portable AC unit upstairs but a few more fans in the house would have been helpful and/or some screened windows to help cool the house down. Otherwise everything was great and our family visiting from Indiana was very pleased. Would stay again.

Wonderful house with view
Gorgeous setting right at the beach, quiet and peaceful. Beach is rocky but able to do long walks on the beach when tide is low. Swimming is possible but need water shoes because of rocks and barnacles. Plenty of space for the whole family, big kitchen, puzzles, books etc, wonderful views of ocean and sunsets.

Puget Sound Sunsets
Great Puget Sound home right on the beach looking at the entire Strait of Juan de Fuca! Fresh air, sound of the waves with the Olympics to the SW and the San Juan Islands to the NW. House full of windows to take advantage of the views. Second level atrium room was a great vantage spot to take it all in. Nice deck to sit and enjoy with propane bbq. Suggestion for owner is to perhaps provide an umbrella for the deck table for those a bit sensitive to the sun and wanting to enjoy a meal outside. Thanks for great stay.

Comfy, spectacular views!
Stayed here for several days with our group of 6 adult siblings. Instructions for check in and with property tips was clear and helpful, no need to contact owners at all. There was plenty of room to spread out or gather, and the upstairs gazebo room was a great place for games and surf watching! We had daily visits from eagles, herons, bunnies, deer, and ravens to complement the amazing sunsets. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The location made for a short jaunt to the Anacortes ferry for a San Juans day trip, and to Coupeville to walk on for a Port T excursion.
There were a couple chairs that were coming apart and could use fixing/replacing, but otherwise it was perfect for us. We kept wishing one of us had enough musical talent to make use of the piano and guitars!
Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The location is beautiful and the house was comfortable and clean. We loved waking up to views of the water.
Our only complaints were the bbq didn’t work and the windows were dirty. It’s still early in the season so these things will most likely be fixed for the next people.
We loved the house so much, we hope to book it again.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing Mother's Day weekend for 3 generations of moms in our family. The house is closer to the beach than anticipated and offered an amazing view from almost every room. We would definitely consider going back!
