Meravigliosa residenza cittadina / condominio situato nella prestigiosa Comunità Sawgrass su Deer Run Drive.
Deer Run è un'unità finale, con molta privacy e si affaccia su un piccolo giardino e un laghetto. Il condominio ha un sacco di spazio per tutti si godono l'un l'altro .... da tavoli puzzle, schermato in veranda, patio esterno e grill. La casa perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia. Offriamo anche l'adesione degli ospiti (per un piccolo costo aggiuntivo) in un locale beach club in fondo alla strada. Un sacco di negozi e ristoranti, nelle vicinanze.
La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata e ha elettrodomestici di alta gamma. Situato nel cuore della casa ... con tanto spazio per una grande famiglia da radunare, la grande stufa commerciale è il sogno di uno chef !!
Fuori ci sono molti sentieri, una zona tranquilla per leggere e godersi la brezza e ascoltare gli uccelli che chiamano anche Sawgrass a casa.
Le camere da letto sono tutte al secondo piano, con il master che ha il proprio bagno privato. Le altre due camere condividono una sala da bagno. Tutti i divani possono essere letti a due piazze .... nel caso abbiate un ospite inaspettato !!

Great place to stay! Quiet, very safe and fun. This place has ample room to spread out and had everything we needed and more. Kendra was a breeze to work with. We really can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

No outdoor space, too close to recreational facility/parking - service trucks parking up BR window - noisy equipment beginning by 7am - no garbage disposal - owners controlled thermostat - weeks freezing - upper BRs 75 - too warm sleeping…LR furniture frayed/dirty/smelly - Master BR bed lumpy - asked to do sheets/towels before leaving - clean fridge - too much left over stuff in cabinets - no room to place groceries they were filled - many cabinets/closet locked…..garage a messy/cluttered…..half used personal products left in bathrooms & kitchen from either owners of renters….

This home is large and very comfortable. There are many options for sitting areas and everything you need is there. Pool towels, chairs-outdoor and pool, kitchen amenities and so many pillow options. We stayed a month with friends and family visiting throughout the time. It worked perfectly for us. We hope to be back here and will look to rent this place again.

We had a great time at the "Seniorita Breast Cancer tennis tournament" in Sawgrass. The Condo was perfect for the 6 woman who stayed there. It was clean and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right next to the tennis courts.
I highly recommend it & We can't wait to stay again!!

Every amenity is provided, including a kitchen full of everything you need for cooking, serving, and eating (and then some!) The lovely back porch and location within Sawgrass Country Cub was definitely a perk. Thank you Kendra for a wonderful experience!

Everything was wonderful, but it is always a problem dealing with the guards at the main gate. They always have trouble finding your name to give you the pass that has been called in. At one point they couldn't find the address. It is always a challenge!

Wonderful!
We felt very welcomed to Ponte Vedra from the moment we walked into this home. It was beachy and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything that one would need for a vacation: supplies like toilet paper and soaps, lots of bathroom and beach towels, and even beach supplies like boogie boards, bikes, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and more. We felt so welcomed and comfortable from the first to last day. Thank you for your hospitality!

Sawgrass Escape
We had a lovely stay at our "Sawgrass Escape" condo. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was amazing along with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The property manager was awesome! We will be back!
