Il primo piano comprende una bella camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo annesso e balcone con vista sul suono, e una seconda camera con un letto matrimoniale e bagno annesso. Il secondo piano è un open space soggiorno e cucina con un comodo bagno di servizio. Balcone di apertura fuori dal soggiorno per una vista sana e la cucina per una vista sull'oceano. I posti a sedere sono disponibili al bancone e al tavolo da cucina. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per la preparazione di pasti di grandi dimensioni e piatti e utensili. Il terzo piano offre un letto matrimoniale in una stanza e 2 set di letti a castello nell'altra stanza. Questo piano ha anche un grande bagno in comune e balconi alle estremità con vista sull'acqua. Sei balconi totali sul fronte e sul retro per godersi la brezza dell'oceano e le splendide viste sull'acqua, tra cui i meravigliosi tramonti dell'isola di Topsail. La passeggiata per la spiaggia dura circa 2 minuti. L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia pubblica è facile con una meravigliosa passerella e scalinata. Great place if you have little kids & very well stocked. Pros: Easy walk to the beach. Lots of games. Thoughtfully appointed for kids. Lots of beach gear. Great outdoor shower. Great room area is a good size for big families. Cons: A lot of stairs (we took my 75yro mom and she was pretty limited to the main floor full time). Dirty, not undoable, but not “check-in” clean. Main back deck is small. Overall: property is a good value for a large family. Would stay again if a better option weren’t available.

The house was perfect, fit our family perfectly. Everything needed was provided at the house. Just feet away from the beach, no need to drive to get there. Surf City not far away for shopping. Definitely going to Topsail again

We had a great time at Aprel’s home. Loved the living room, kitchen space. Very spacious for the grandkids to run around and play. Loved the top floor bedrooms arrangement with the bunk beds. It gave room for the adults to have privacy yet the kids were right next to them. The first floor bedrooms were also very comfortable. Beds were great. Beach is only around the corner! And the outside shower was perfect for cleaning up after a swim. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and clean property. Very close access to the beach. The nice, large outdoor shower was very convenient. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets off the back deck!

First let me say that this house is a very clean and very nice place to stay. For most families or people my complaint may seem a bit nuanced and I can appreciate that. Having said this, I was a bit mislead and disappointed with the 4 bedroom description. This is not a true 4 bedroom because the room with the bunk-beds is open and part of the third floor and you have to go through that room to get to one of the bedrooms. Because of this we could not put the pack and play for our 2yo in with the bunk-beds because we would wake her up getting to the room or getting a shower. AT NO TIME did the owner mention this even though I mentioned we would have 6 adults and a toddler. If you have kids sleeping in the bunk-beds you will walk past them to get to the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and the room with the bunks is open down the hall from the 3rd full bath. I read reviews so I just wanted to make others aware since my pregnant wife and I had to sleep in the bunks so that we could close the door to the room for our 2yo sleeping. The bunks are not comfortable for adults. The other two bedrooms had grandparents in it and we could not sleep anywhere else. So in our situation the description was extremely misleading and lead to a smooth but uncomfortable sleeping stay. Besides this very unfortunate for us situation and the fact I feel the description is misleading, the stay went smoothly and we had a good time at the beach.

This was our first time at Topsail Island and staying at this home. I went with my 3 best friends and teenaged son and we loved it. It was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone. My son loved the outdoor shower. Which is very convenient after returning from the beach to just rinse off and not drag sand into the house. The views from all the balconies are amazing. The walk to the beach is very short I just loved it and went everyday.. I highly recommend this house⁷if you're looking for a beach vacation. The owners are amazing and they respond quickly to message, any questions needs or concerns.

Clean, lovely layout and very helpful and cooperative owners. Rear deck with view of the marsh was great. Even tho the weather was bad, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Our family all met here for a graduation was "Perfect"
Location was convenient to everything. We loved the very short walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise then in the evenings watch the sunset from the back balcony. The multiple floors and bathrooms gave everyone enough privacy. Was impressed with the very well stocked kitchen to cook. Loved our stay.

Another great stay at this fabulous property. We enjoyed the evening sunsets and the short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is clutch for kids and parents sane. Thoughtful touches have been added through out the house. We really liked the new living room layout and new flooring!

Wonderful Location!
We loved this updated house it was perfect in many ways. Just 1 block to the beach with beautiful bay views on the back side. Property was very clean and well equipped. Owner was very response. We loved how secluded the beach was and how clean. Plus shops were only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! The best so far!
My family and our best friends and their family have been beach vacationing together for 4 years now. This is, by far, the very best beach house we have stayed in. It was SUPER clean when we got there. It’s so close to the beach. And it’s beautiful inside. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway. We will definitely be returning, hopefully, for years to come. I can’t speak highly enough of this house, especially after we’ve stayed in some bad ones…

We are repeat guests that have been staying at this property for our family vacation for the past several years. My entire family loves this home and the location. The owners take great pride in this residence and the vacationers. There is plenty of starter items available for you until you have a moment to make it to the store. A short walk to the beach and you’re in heaven. We will be back time after time to continue this family tradition.

Fabulous rental
This is my third year renting this gem and am already planning to be back next year. I feel like it is now my second home. It is spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck and the uncrowded beach is a short, 5 minute walk away. You have to cross the highway to get to it but that has never been an issue. The traffic is normally pretty light. The owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. Surf City is about 10 minutes away and just up the road is a fresh fruit and veggie stand. It doesn’t get any better than this.

The house, while not on the beach, gave us a quick walk to the peaceful, not crowded beach, while giving us privacy and incredible views. Best location by far! The view out back had such gorgeous sunsets, I’m from San Diego so I’m w huge fan of sunsets on the beach so this was my all time favorite part about the house, so peaceful and fulfilling to sit out back and watch the sunset over the sound. The home is so homey and comfortable, our children and nephew begged us daily to stay forever. The outdoor shower was the best! The kids really loved showering outside, totally hysterical how they couldn’t wait to shower daily.
We cannot wait to come again… this is the only place I want to stay at Topsail.

The location to the beach is wonderful... especially since the section of that beach had less population than others. The place itself is beautifully decorated with all working amenities. The only complaint I have is the shower pressure is poor. I had to use the outside shower the entire week. The outside shower is fantastic however. You also must drive everywhere. There really isn't anything within walking distance. We didn't mind but just a heads up depending on the type of vacation being sought. The communication was great too! Definitely a plus. Overall a very nice place to stay.

True to its name
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and kept. There was enough space for everyone to gather together as well as alone time. Our favorite activity was to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the marsh. Tip for the beach, walk 1 more block down for less waves and softer sand. We will be back to Topsail.
