Fattoria francese con piscina, per 15+ persone, 7 camere da letto, 7 bagni, a sud di Tolosa
La nostra fattoria tradizionale molto attraente (350m2) poggia su un altopiano tutto in altezza su 5 ettari di prati per il tuo divertimento, offrendo così un rifugio, spazio e pace.
Il paesaggio è una delizia, con splendide viste panoramiche sulla campagna Ariège circostante dalla casa, i giardini e la piscina, che si estende verso le alte vette dei Pirenei. La fattoria e la piscina sono rivolte a sud, quindi è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi al sole, godersi l'ambiente tranquillo.
La casa è stata rinnovata mantenendo il fascino di un tempo e l'integrazione di tutti i comfort moderni di oggi.
Alloggio presso Gîte La Ferme 'plate'
Tradizionale casa colonica francese con 7 camere da letto, 6 bagni in 5 ettari di terra alla fine della propria strada privata. L'alloggio è composto da:
Una grande cucina colonica dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, tavolo da pranzo con stufa a legna travi a vista aprono la porta accanto per trovare l'ampio soggiorno di circa 45m2 con un tavolo da biliardo / snooker in ardesia un Hi Fi Kenwood con connessione MP3.
Ci sono altre tre porte che ti portano su per le scale verso il bagno con doccia. L'altro nel ripostiglio con frigorifero, lavatrice e congelatore, e il terzo nella camera da letto al piano di sotto di circa 35m2.
Prendi le scale dalla hall per trovare la camera da letto a volta che presenta le principali travi a vista e le porte del patio esposte a sud, all'esterno c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con doccia e WC - molto utile se qualcuno del tuo gruppo lo trova scale un po 'difficili!
Torna in cucina per trovare le scale per il bagno completo con wc lavandino. Da questa stanza troverete la settima camera da letto che ha anche un bagno con doccia e 5 letti singoli, quattro finestre e una finestra velux con tenda integrata.
Scendi le scale per trovare la camera familiare con letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello e grandi finestre esposte a sud.
Passa lungo il passaggio verso le altre due camere matrimoniali con letti king size e finestre una a sud e una a nord, entrambe con una fantastica vista sulla campagna.

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this lovely spacious gite with extensive grounds and a gorgeous swimming pool. Shared with two other families – plenty of room for all of us. We all enjoyed time by the swimming pool and eating in the fabulous outdoor area which offered plenty of shade when we needed it. With a supermarket just up the road it was easy to keep stocked up on beer, wine and other essentials! The gite is ideally located for sightseeing but also a great place to just chill out. Mark was always available to help if we had any problems and offer suggestions of local attractions to visit. Our favourites were the underground river – travelling on a boat through the caves and Sequoia Vertigo – a tree top high wire adventure. We had a barbeque most evenings and it was great to turn the music up with no worry of disturbing any neighbours. We played table tennis and had darts and pool tournaments. All in all a brilliant holiday... already looking forward to next time. We returned to the U.K. totally refreshed and relaxed. Thank you so much Mark for helping us to achieve this.

Thank you for a truly wonderful and relaxing holiday. All of us, aged 2-54, had a lovely time using the gite to relax in and as a base to explore the surrounding area. There was so much to keep us all entertained. The gite and gardens are beautifully kept and everybody was comfortable there. We shall definitely be returning and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Found this Gite travelling across France on a cycling holiday with a group of cycling enthusiasts.
Perfectly placed to go exploring the Ariege on many wonderful cycling routes.
The accommodation was excellent for our needs and we were able to relax in the peace and quiet of this wonderful renovated Farmhouse of an evening playing pool, ping pong and generally having a very chilled time.
Would recommend to any cycling groups to look this place up and use as a base for exploring.
Hope to return again – next time with a larger group.

My family and I enjoyed our holiday together however we were disappointed with some aspects of the villa, which with more care and attention could have been amazing, but unfortunately it is in serious need of updating, and a decent airing as parts of it smelled quite strongly of damp.
On the plus side, the swimming pool was great, nice and clean and has a safety alarm; we enjoyed the pool table in the evenings; a local lady Natalie catered for us the first night and the food/menu was great, highly recommended; the underground River about 40 mins away was a brilliant excursion for the day; Mark kindly did a shop for us at our request before we arrived; and responded to issues as well as he could.
The negatives were: The main photo of the house in the profile is actually Mark's place, the rental part is the section off to the right; the large 'movie' room space in the pics is also in Mark's house and although he offered for us to use it, we weren't comfortable asking to enter his house to do so; one of the double rooms was separate from the rest of the house; the ping pong table/games room is actually in what is used as a garage; the room with 4-5 single beds pictured (which we had earmarked for the children) has several windows at floor height with no locks/safety bars so we could not use this room; the dishwashers were old and problematic and need replacing (which Mark himself said); the kitchen was disorganised and one the the cupboard doors fell off; one of the showers upstairs caused a leak downstairs in the kitchen near the electrics which needs a serious look at for safety if nothing else; the kitchen could also do with some kind of electric fly killer as the flies were relentless in the heat; no hand soap or hand towels were provided in any of the bathrooms which we would have expected; as the villa has no air conditioning, fans in the rooms would have been welcome as the heat was stifling; there was no tennis court that we could see; nor bikes to borrow as per profile.
