A kids friendly hotel located at the super convenient spot with many restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby. The swimming pool is clean, perfect for kids. They also prepared kids amenities in the room which is so caring. A definite yes if we want to stay again

The rooms were of ample size and the beds were comfortable. The second floor ocean view rooms have an extended balcony with plants to keep some privacy. The hotel was very quiet despite being very close to the activity of American Village. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a nice variety of options.

The location was great, hotel was clean & lobby smelled nice.

All of the outdoor pools were closed & was not aware until arrive—did not advertise the closures. Indoor pool was across the street from facility. breakfast bar was limited & it would have been nice if their was a waitstaff to assist with drinks while managing younger children. hotel staff were pleasant but did not feel like they were excited to be at their jobs.
