Three Arch Inn

I spoke with Susan twice by phone before arriving. She provided above-and-beyond service and made me very, very happy. A few days before reaching Oceanside, Booking.com glitched, sending an email that stated I would be paying twice what I expected, but that never materialized, thankfully. She said she would keep an eye on the charges. She also offered details on what to do if arriving later than planned (that did happen). I even spoke with another representative who said if there was any issue on arrival, just call them and they would drive over to help sort things out. I also fully enjoyed an hour downstairs, at the Current Cafe. Already considering a way to get back there and book 2 nights for a chance to explore the town and surrounding area at an easier pace.

The shower had no hot water in the morning. My travel companion took a long shower late at night, but that was about 8 hours earlier so I'm not sure why the hot water was gone.

You can see the ocean! Cafe across the street. Room 5 love the patio. My brother and I enjoyed sitting out there and people watching!

Nothing

Nice location near the beach. Clean and well appointed.

Parking was a challenge when we arrived. Instructions on additional places to park would be helpful.

Excellent view from room four, quick walk to the gorgeous beach and tunnel. Perfect location

Dirty, disliked the checking in, they need a better kiosk. The tub, baseboards, stove, coffee maker were filthy, blinds were horrible they didn’t go all the way down and we were unable to get them to go back up.
