Very cooperative host, will stay again

We were in town for a wedding in Mims. Perfect location.

The 3 bedroom townhome is very clean and has most things anyone will need for an extended stay. The wood steps to the 2nd floor require a little diligence to navigate in the morning (for older folks)but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Good location if cruising out of Port Canaveral and renting a car. Clean and all amenities. Host is super responsive.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The location was good and close to things.

Unit was gorgeous and updated. Well equipped. One minor issue. The unit sleeps nine. I originally had only three staying in the unit, but my kids came in the night before we left at midnight. We were gone by 9am, but she later texted me and said I owed her $20 for the additional two people. Then she requested an additional $40. Inhave stayed in many VRBOs but have never been charged by the night and by person

We came to experience Biking trails, PlyaLinda beach, Merritt island and local hiking trails, bridge walks, starlink launches, Super Bowl, Daytona 500, dining out, coffee in the leni and tanning on private deck. 4 old farts completed all this and more in two weeks. Beautiful home. We hate to give it such a good rating knowing it will make it more popular and harder for us to return.

Everything went well. Beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of room.

Amazing property, Very large (Maybe 1800 sq ft - seemed even bigger) clean as a whistle, and remodeled with upgrades galore. 3 bed/2 1/2 baths. When the owner said "everything is brand new", they weren't kidding! Fully remodeled kitchen, counters, appliances, bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms, gorgeous flooring and new Temper-pedic plush carpeting in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (all 3 are quite large) and feature new King beds with sumptuous linens and comforters. Best 3 nights of sleep we've had in ages! This unit has a wrap-around upper balcony, and we saw a Falcon 9 launch on our first night which was very cool, as it was scheduled for night before we arrived, but was scrubbed. Nice surprise! We spent a lot of evening time in the covered and screened main level lanai/porch room, also quite large with comfortable new furniture. Central location in Titusville, (don't miss eating at Dixie Crossroads, 5 minutes away, if you love seafood) and an easy drive to get to Cape Canaveral, or down to Cocoa Beach (great mini golf courses, shopping and beach restaurants) or the tropical Brevard Zoo in Melbourne. Seemed like a nice, safe community. We met a few neighbors on our morning 2 mile walks, very friendly. The HOA could extend a little more care in their landscaping for the homeowners, but that was not a concern for us. One of the best places we've ever rented! Highly recommend and would come back again in the future. PS - if you are parents that have loud, unruly kids or bed-wetters, this might not be the best place for you. Loved the area and the condo. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and all the amenities were great. The screened in outdoor patio was our favorite place to sit and eat and listen to music.

Our family stayed for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect location, really nice, comfortable home. Thank you!

If available I would like to rent this facility again in 2023 2nd week of December

This property was fabulous in so many ways. Beautifully decorated, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, dining table for a large feast, and kitchen with all the accommodations. Bedrooms were supurb! All bedrooms had king sized VERY COMFORTABLE beds with TVs in each room. This was a fantastic place to stay and we hope for another trip to Florida so that we can stay at this property again!

Easy process accessing entry in front door. Plenty of towels and kitchen ware. Good location for our grandson attending Space Camp and we even got to see a SpaceX launch.

excellent central location within minutes of downtown Titusville and US 1 , quiet residential neighborhood , killer speed bumps though. the unit has a lot of updates and very well kept and very clean . beautifully decorated , felt like we were at home . fully stocked with all amenties.

Inside of this condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Also very spacious. The only thing I have negative to say, is this condo is in a neighborhood and was not what I had expected. For some reason I was expecting more of a resort atmosphere. But really was fine being we only used it as a place to sleep.

We have stayed in Titusville many times. This property is by far the best. I loved the keyless entry, no need to carry a key and risk loosing it. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The screened in patio was awesome, we spent much of our time on the comfy lounge chairs. If it is available we hope to stay here again on next years visit. We had a fantastic experience! We decided to use VRBO because our family of 4 has outgrown sharing a hotel room. This home was nothing short of AMAZING! Plenty of space, Convenient location, easy check in, and the property owner Jessie was easy and nice to work with. The house was extremely CLEAN and well cared for. Very pleased with our decision and we will definitely book here again in the future. We have family in Titusville that live 7 and 10 minutes from this property so it was great being so close to them. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very well supplied including cleaning supplies and personal items like shampoo. The complex is very quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the screened in area. We had some difficulty figuring out the tv but the owners very quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this townhouse.
