The location, the staff as well as the overall apartment itself
Perhaps in terms of getting to the location there could be more detail provided.

It was a good and clean apartment. It was a fairly close distance to the central train station, metro, and stores nearby.

Everything is fine, nice & clean
We had to open the windows because of the hot temperature. However, there are no nets on the windows, so many mosquitoes have entered the room. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep properly throughout the night because of the mosquitoes.
