Location was great, which was one of the main reasons we chose The Lofts

Gas stove did not fully operate. Upstairs loft should DEFINITELY have a fan, as it was very hot and stuffy. The sun hits it intensely, and the owners should know this! Entrance into garage should have been cleared of icy snow. VERY DANGEROUS

Never gained access to property no response from customer suppoert until the following morning, by which time there was no option but to cancel our holiday trip.. Vacasa is a horrible operation

Hair in shower drain, not enough pillow cases, dryer had “out of order” sign. Vacasa did not reply to my email upon entry regarding the out of order sign. The coffee maker smelt horrible so I had to clean with vinegar multiple times before using.

The location was great, and the views were amazing. People in town were friendly and great fishing. Hiking and mountain biking were wonderful.

Furniture was starting to fall apart and it didn't look clean. Balconies were dirty and screen door didn't work properly. Shower head in loft bathroom was horrible it sprays in several direction and not consistent when washing your body. Carpet needs to be replaced upstairs and in downstairs bedroom. Towel holders in bathroom were falling apart. Need better bedding, need wifi and upgrade television in bedroom also privacy shades for entire loft. Pots, pans and silverware need to be updated. We just looked at the accommodation they other lofts had just across the hall and we paid is more for less.

The place is spacious.

The furniture is dirty, stained and torn. The windows screens either have holes in or don’t close all the way, letting bugs in. The upstairs is so hot and the downstairs is cold. There is no internet and the tv channels r limited. There is no garage. There are stains in the carpet and damage to the walls. Had to take pictures so we wouldn’t get blamed.
