Very clean and friendly host. Has all the amenities you need either in the property or there is a supermarket next door. 10 minutes from the old town on the bus so not super busy but only a 5 minute walk from centre of Lapad which has its own share of great restaurants/bars/beaches.

Convenient location which was close to the beach and restaurants but also the bus stop for the old town.
The accommodation was spotless and tastefully furnished with good quality bedding too.
The host was a very friendly person.

The host was excellent and very flexible she put a lot of time and effort into us enjoying our stay. The information provided to us by her was great. The room was spotless and it had great air conditioning and facilities. The location is right next to the number 4 bus that takes you straight to the old town in 10 minutes and is a 8 minute walk to lapad beach. There is also a terrace you can use which was a great addition to our evening.
