A gem of a find. As reiterated by many, Jim & Ann are really lovely people and make you feel 100% at home & welcome.
Room was spacious, well thought out and bed super-comfy.
Breakfast is exceptional, and it was good chatting with Ann & Jim over it. So nice to start a work day with friendly, homely vibes instead of a lukewarm mass-produced breakfast in an unwelcoming hotel ‘dining room’.
Will definitely stay again when opportunity allows. Thanks to both of you for your kindness and warmth.

Very friendly, lovely breakfast, off road parking, proper family home welcoming visitors as bnb.
It is a bit dated re decor furniture etc but it's what you would expect in a home rather than hotel. Shower was noisy, but worked fine.
