Des hôtes très attentionnés, accueillants, intéressants, un équilibre trouvé entre le respect de l'intimité et la rencontre ; plaisir à être entourés d'œuvres d'art racontant chacune une histoire, petit déjeuner délicieux variant subtilement chaque jour.

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern mit einem hervorragenden Bio-Frühstück verwöhnt und täglich durften wir eine besondere Überraschung des Hauses geniessen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und der mediterrane Garten vor unserem Apartment ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und übertraf unsere Erwartungen in Bezug auf den Komfort der Betten.

Everything was amazing. Pierre and Aude the hosts were so accommodating and helpful. the breakfast was to die for - fresh bread and preserves, fruit and homemade yogurt.

The property is exceptional, the room, the lounge area, the garden and terrace- where we ate breakfast each morning. There were so many interesting pieces of art to look at and Aude and Pierre couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. They recommended restaurants and the ones we went to were worth the visit.

The apartment is beautiful and the hosts are incredibly welcoming, kind, accommodating, and cosmopolitan. Pierre and Aude also prepare a delicious and fresh breakfast. This BnB also attracts well-traveled and interesting people; I had some great conversations with the hosts and other guests. I hope to cross paths with them again!

I've never felt so at home while staying in a bed and breakfast. The property is absolutely stunning, the home is artfully decorated, and the breakfast in the garden had us feeling like royalty. If you're staying in Nice you would be remiss not to try to land yourself here.

The accommodations were beautifully decorated. It was modern with wonderful attention to details. The garden was a paradise.
The only thing was the air conditioning would turn off at night and Nice was very hot,

Beautiful, stylish B&B with wonderful gardens in a great location very close to the station, perfect for taking the train along the coast to Antibes or Villefranche and Monaco. Also only 10 mins walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and the centre of Nice so shops and restaurants. Delicious organic and locally sourced fruit, juices, breads, jams, yoghurts for breakfast eaten on the terrace in the garden was just a real joy. Pierre & Aude were kind and welcoming great hosts & our room was quiet, calming and the bed was extremely comfortable. A wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to book again next time we are in Nice.

Perfect location (central but still quiet), an osis in the middle of the town. Since it’s only three rooms you more or less have your private garden. The rooms are very nice decorated, the hosts are very friendly and helpful (it almost feels like visiting good friends). The whole family fell in love with the hosts cat and dog!

The hospitality and warmth of the hosts,Aude and Pierre, together with the comfort and design of the accommodation. The proximity to the old town of Nice and the coast were also really appreciated.

Wonderful appartment with two/three great hosts. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need and has wonderful view and acces to the nice suptropical garden of the two owners. The interior is very stylish and tastful and the breakfast ist made of high qualitiy local bio-products.
Although you can have your privacy, if you want to, the host are very welcoming and provide you with plenty information about Nice, the surrounding, art etc.

Very authentic and carrying hosts, had a warm welcome and got great tips for restaurants and activities in the city. Always looked forward to breakfast e.g. my wife has a gluten intolerance and Aude (hopefully this is correctly written) made her a special gluten free cake for breakfast.

The hosts greeted me warmly. They were interesting, nice and welcoming. They make you feel at home. The property is beautiful, clean and calm. Aude and Pierre-Antoine have wonderful taste. The breakfast was copious and varied and very delicious and I was able to have it in their beautiful garden. It suits all tastes and stays healthy all the same. Aude's recommendations were wonderful. Not to be missed!!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is absolutely marvelous and the location is simply perfect (close to the beach and the old city yet in a very calm and quiet neighberhood)
The owners are the kindest French people you'll ever meet. They were so lovely and they took great care of us. The breakfast was amazing: Every day there was something new to try out, organic food from local farmers, traditional products from Nice, yoghurts, fresh bread, delicious juices and coffee, yummie cakes, traditional croissants and so much more.
We ate every morning in their beautiful garden, enjoying the fresh ocean-air and the flowers.
Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. (All rooms have airco and free Wifi)
They even decorated our breakfast table for my birthday 🤩
We could not have asked for more - we can't wait to go back!

Amazing rest in a comfy bed, with incredibly welcoming hosts in a typical Nicoise house. The deco was unbelievably pretty. A perfect stay! Merci!
