Perfect vacation rental for our family of five. Definitely recommend golft cart with rental. Worth it for the convenience to beach and some joy riding around the block with kids. The pool made up for not being able swim at the beach all week due to double red flags. BIG WIN!! House was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Overall we are very happy and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Very convenient to dining and shopping!!

Everything about this property was great. Easy access to beach; definitely get the golf cart. I’m stereotypically cheap but every dime we spent was well worth it. Great spot, clean home, couldn’t asked for anything better. No complaints, just wish I could’ve stayed another week.

This little house with its pool is just what we wanted. Close enough to PCB but far enough away from all the partying. Quiet neighborhood and beach just a short distance away. This little house is decorated very nicely, suffiently stocked kitchen, clean as it can be and the small pool was perfect for us. It is also private without a lot noise or other people around. We loved our time here and will be repeat vacationers here. We try once or twice a year to meet our friends from Ohio (we are in TN) and spend a week together and this was the perfect place perfect. The 4 of us highly recommend! The one level without stairs is great for people who may have difficulties with stairs or small children. The host, Teri is so responsive and helpful! We had an issue with wifi when we first got there and I sent a msg and she responded right away. Turns out just needed to be restarted and worked great after that. We will be back! We love it. It is by far our new place to stay at the beach.

Five of us stayed here & we had the best vacation! Beds are very comfortable, pool was nice after getting back from the beach. The golf cart was great for taking everything to the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Location was wonderful Quiet neighborhood and short walk to a beautiful beach Not far from the excitement of Panama Beach City and State parks and the adventures of the western gulf front towns with all their charm

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay at this cozy coastal cottage. Teri was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The king bed was comfortable and my teenagers said their beds were comfy, too. Nice sheets and bedding on them all. I would recommend getting the golf cart. It was the best way to get to the beach. The yard was fenced and provided a great space for our small dog. There’s a Publix and Winn-Dixie nearby for groceries and lots to do in the area. A great place to kick back, relax and listen to the waves.

This was one of the best vrbo properties I have stayed at. The house was immaculate. and exactly as portrayed online. The pool was great , locatio was perfect. Rent the golf cart. It sure made things easier and more fun!

Wonderful property with plenty to do. The cottage was clean and cozy! Plenty of space to comfortably house 6. The neighborhood was awesome and easy to get around. Gulf cart is a must. There are beach chairs, pool floats and sand gear. They have thought of everything to make your stay great!! Teri is a very responsive and helpful host! We will be back to this cottage for sure!!

This is our second time we stayed here. The location is great and the golf cart is a must, otherwise, it would be a long walk if you have kids and too much beach stuff. The property owners/managers are so amazing and prompt with any needs! Our family has loved staying here!

Wonderful neighborhood. First time coming in September and it was amazing. The house is very nice and welcoming. Owners took great care of us. We will be back. Wonderful memories.

We had a really wonderful time at this home. House was just as pictured. Teri was wonderful with communicating. The garage is fully loaded with pool toys, beach toys, a wagon, cooler, some chairs. There was also a small charcoal grill. We brought our golf cart, I imagine the walk would be about 12-15 mins. We did have an issue with the cleaners and Teri was kind and professional and handled it. This house is great for small families.

House is in a great location , quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We rented the golf cart and used it to go back and forth to the beach. Kids loved having the pool to cool off in when returning from the beach. Host was prompt to respond and great to work with. We enjoyed our week at the beach!

This property had a great location and size. We were visiting for a softball tournament and we had great easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The beach is also a very close walk and easy to access. The house just wasnt very clean. The tub already had a ring when we arrived, the counters were full of crumbs and things in general were grimy and unclean. There was also a lot of animal hair on the duvet in the main bedroom. It was the first time I arrived at a VRBO and had to wash the bedding and clean certain areas to feel comfortable. From reading the other reviews, I hope this was an aberration. It truly felt like someone stopped cleaning 30% of the way through. The pool was a great size for a family dip. Overall a good rental but the cleanliness issues negatively impacted our trip.

This property was perfect for our trip to PCB for our son’s baseball tournament. It was the perfect size for our family, very clean, well stocked, and exactly as the pictures depict it. I was worried the pool would be too small, but it was perfect for our kids to enjoy and for us to cool off in. It was great to have our own pool in the backyard. It was also great to not have to deal with the parking garage and elevator nightmare others dealt with at the larger condos! The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. The beach was close by; we chose to drive. We didn’t take advantage of the golf cart due to our baseball schedule, but it looked to be in great condition. We had no issues with the TV that other reviews mention. We drove into the busier PCB areas almost every day and the house was closer than I was thinking it would be. The host replied to all of my questions quickly as well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quieter PCB stay, and will stay here again if we return to PCB.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, the beds were super comfortable, the yard was a great size and it had a pool which was a hit with the children. The check-in was super easy, and we were able to rent the golf cart the owners had in the garage which was awesome when going to and from the beach with children. The property manager was super accommodating with everything and seems like such a sweet lady. If available next year, we will try to get back to this same house.

The beach was only a short stroll from the house and the golf cart made it even easier. The backyard was wonderful and the pool was very refreshing after days spent at the beach. There was even a doggie door for our little pup!

Dog friendly fenced in backyard with smaller clean swimming pool. Bring your own lounge chairs if you prefer to lay as there are none. There is a golf cart to rent for additional cost. We found we did not need a golf cart however. We could walk to the beautiful beach and we carried the provided beach chairs and beach towels. There is a smaller restaurant for breakfast and lunch walking distance but check open hours. Also a few other west end restaurants, but to get to some of the more popular restaurants you will need to drive to them as most are on the east end of PCB. We were early for dinners, 4:30-5ish, and did not have trouble with parking. There are many fabulous parks with walking and/or biking trails near by. Communication with owner, Teri, was excellent.
