Questa proprietà al primo piano si compone di camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, bagno, soggiorno, cucina, camera doppia e divano letto disponibile in salotto, se necessario. Completamente rinnovato e decorato secondo standard elevati, vanta i premiati materassi "Loaf" nei letti singoli e con il materasso "Emma" Kingsize dell'anno 2018. Tutti i comfort per rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile, tutto ciò che serve per portare è lo spazzolino da denti. Smart TV, WIFI, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, caffettiera, asciugacapelli, ecc. Si trova nella vivace area di Broughton / Canonmills, a 10 minuti a piedi dallo York Place Tram / St Andrews Square o dalla bellezza dei giardini botanici, delle piste ciclabili e della zona di Stockbridge, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Hai una varietà di negozi e ristoranti indipendenti a portata di mano insieme a un Tesco e Lidl per comodità. Regolari linee di autobus in tutta la città e il noleggio Just Eat di biciclette al di fuori di Tesco che conduce sulle nostre piste ciclabili. Ovunque centrale è percorribile.

Very happy with our stay here. The queen bed and two twins worked well for our family of four. The shared spaces were cozy for relaxing in when we were at the apartment. Beds were comfortable and shower had hot water and great pressure. The location of the apartment was also great, in a calmer area but still with plenty of places to eat in the immediate vicinity, and walkable to just about anywhere. Especially enjoyed easy access to the Botanical Gardens and the Water of Leith walkway. Communication with the host was also good. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Edinburgh. The apartment itself was very clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable, and the owner had provided clear instructions about everything in the apartment as well as useful advice about surrounding restaurants, stores, and experiences. The apartment is in a wonderful location - it's an easy 10-20 minute walk to the majority of things that we wanted to see in the city, and there are bus stops that are very close and easy to use. Restaurants and pubs near the apartment (right next door, across the street, almost directly underneath) were excellent and made dining choices easy when we wanted to stay closer to the apartment at the end of the day. Two grocery stores are also within easy walking distance.

Nicola came across as really helpful and immediately responsive. The location was great, but with considerable traffic and other tenant noise. Loved the free parking space and easy access to buses. The apartment was fine, probably better for a summer stay. The bedrooms were nice and cosy, but sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge, which we had to pay extra for, was really cold and drafty. You could see the curtains moving, so needs better window seals. The heating was restricted and never had chance to fully warm the place. We also had to purchase a scrubber to clean a pan put away dirty by a previous visitor.
