The old barn, completely restored at the end of 2018, is the common place to spend time with your friends and family!

The modern equipped kitchen and a large dining table with 18 seats are ideal for spending together meals and leisure time of the day.
The kitchen, located between the dining room and the outdoor terrace, is equipped with oven, microwave, bbq, dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, tablet clothes, stoves and everything you need to cook!
From the kitchen, walking some stairs leads to a wooden Loft of 16sqm, used as a modern living room and relax area.

24 h High Speed WIFI is for free and works in all hamlet’s area and near the swimming pool!!

The old barn has the entry from the ground floor and a nice private courtyard arranged with big table to accomodate large groups and gazebo where all together you can have your breakfast, dinner or just relax yourself drinking a glass of wine in a peaceful ambient surrounded by olive groves.
