Park Tower Inn

The hotel is old but you can see the administration is doing an effort to renew the bedrooms, the pool and everything. The pool was clean and we could use it. The bedrooms in general were clean.

The carpet in the bedrooms need to be deep clean or replace.

Quick check-in, friendly staff had a pool, and lazy river that was CLEAN, a game room to hang out especially when you have a teenager.

The breakfast could be a little warmer.

Location is excellent, basically straight across from the island

Some of the staff acted as if it got on her last nerve to actually see people. No customer service from her. No smile if you asked for something she would barely look up from her phone to say she'll get to it later

The location was great, it sets just far enough off of the main strip that you can watch it from the balcony (depending on room) but still be quiet when you close the door to sleep

My room had no microwave, even though it was listed. The toilet was super wiggly in room 611 and every time you flushed it the water would leak out around the bottom so we had to keep a towel there. The game room was SUPER small and if anyone else was in there you couldn't come in, then after waiting and finally getting my daughter in to play the games, one didn't work at all, one wouldn't give a prize even if you won and the claw machine was smashed full with toys that wouldn't budge.
