The room is large and modern. Bathroom was fine. In general the hotel is nicely furnished. The hotel bar and restaurant are also nice to spend a bit of time. Great breakfast!
Reception was horrible. The village where the hotel is located is a special village which prohibits vehicle access. Which is great, but I would have liked to know this beforehand. If you enter the location of the hotel in your GPS you will not arrive at the hotel. You will arrive in concrete tunnels. It took us a while to figure out what was going on.
To get to the hotel, drive to Parking Grand Place and then you can go to the hotel by stairs or an elevator. Parking in the public parking Grand Place is €17 for a night. The hotel offers private parking, but that's even more expensive.
Breakfast is great, but it was crowded after 9 AM. The coffee tasted absolutely horrible :-( Please fix this!
They charge a €50 deposit which is a bit annoying in my opinion.

Great , except that parking lot underneath is a mess, I couldn’t find the parking garage or whatever, it’s so hard and complicated to find the car and when I park I can’t find the hotel, it’s not my cup of tea

The room was clean
I was disappointed with the pillows. They were too big and gave me neck pain.
