I nostri cottage sono puliti e ben tenuti. Situato su 3 acri, circondato da terra dello stato per sempre selvaggio. Offriamo wi-fi gratuito, cavo, pozzi antincendio e griglie. Situato in posizione strategica tra il lago Saranac e il lago Placid. Vieni a scoprire perché i nostri ospiti tornano anno dopo anno! Aperto da giugno a settembre. Spiacente, niente animali.
Lo spazio:
Cottage # 8 è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2016. Ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto doppio estraibile. Ha un angolo cottura con caffettiera, microonde e piccolo frigorifero. Si prega di notare che non è presente una stufa.
Siamo un'azienda a conduzione familiare che è orgogliosa della nostra proprietà. Manteniamo le nostre cabine PULITE e ben tenute. Viviamo nella proprietà e saremo qui per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere.
Siamo a soli 5 minuti in entrambe le direzioni dal lago Placid e dal lago Saranac. Siamo proprio sull'autostrada 86 ma la nostra struttura è silenziosa e tranquilla.

Abbiamo WIFI gratuito diffuso in tutta la struttura. I nostri ospiti affermano che la velocità e la potenza del segnale sono molto buone, indipendentemente da dove ti trovi. Ci sono griglie a gas in comune, sedie Adirondack, tavoli da picnic, pozzi del fuoco e ferri di cavallo tutti gratuiti per i nostri ospiti. Vendiamo legna da ardere anche sulla proprietà. Il parcheggio è abbondante e gratuito. C'è una stazione di benzina a pochi passi che trasporta generi alimentari, panini, birra, ghiaccio, ecc.

Le case di Moreno furono fondate da Tessie e Tony Moreno, mia zia e mio zio 1923. Lo zio Tony ha costruito questa proprietà a mano nel corso degli anni e la zia Tessie ha gestito l'attività con disciplina e duro lavoro. David e Joyce Anteau e David Anteau Jr sono molto orgogliosi del nostro retaggio familiare qui. Stiamo costantemente aggiornando e rimodellando per rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti il più confortevole e rilassante possibile.

It is what it looks like. A charming place to stay that is quiet, relaxing, easy to get to, close to town, but far enough away, simple, and although there are several cabins, it is also very private in each one. There is also a gas station/convenience store that is very near by which had quick things we needed and even fresh salads to eat on two occasions. We found being here more relaxing than if we had found a hotel in the area. The process was seamless from booking to check-out. The hosts checked on us to make sure all was well, but were not overbearing. I would highly recommend staying here if you have plans to stay in this area. We stayed here because I competed in Ironman Lake Placid. It was easy to get in and out of town for the various goings-on, so if Ironman Lake Placid is on your calendar, staying here is a solid option.

Peaceful and incredibly clean
This was our second time staying, and we were not disappointed. The cabin was immaculate clean, upgraded bathroom facility was a good surprise. Will stay again.

Great place to stay
Cabin was great. Met the owners. Were very helpful with anything we needed.
My only issue was I thought the towels would be changed out each day but they were not. We only had one set of towels for two nights.
