The view was amazing! The location was excellent in Fiumelatte, near the road/path to Varenna. The creek/waterfall was a nice bonus. The apartment had a simple charm about it and was very comfortable for us.

The location was approximately 20/25 mins walk from main Varenna town. Our host Nicole was very helpful and quick to respond and the place itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Super clean and peaceful. Had air conditioning on each floor which was a blessing in the heat. Comfortable beds and great shower.
Could have done with a light blanket or 2 in the cupboard as I felt just a little chilly one night.

Nicole was a very attentive host. She made sure to stay in touch throughout our stay. There was a little confusion at checkin, but it was remedied quickly.
The place is very, very loud from a local waterfall just outside the windows. If you like loud ambient noise, this is a good thing, but for us, it was not ideal. It may be a strange thing to put in a property description, but important for those who enjoy a quiet night's sleep The room was super bright as well with sheer curtains, but that was not as much of a big deal.
