Great location. Eclectic boutique style was fun. Great to have coffee and snacks in the lobby 24/7. Huge lobby/common area space with library, so great for meeting up with friends and travel companions.
Staff at the front desk was not very helpful or accommodating. Friendly enough but no special touches or offer to help. Breakfast was not worth the additional 25 Euro charge, so opted to find our own food after the first day. Breakfast space is small and requires advance booking for time slots.

We loved the ambiance of the hotel and the atmosphere of how the hotel was set up. Also the location of the hotel is very central within Amsterdam city centre making it very easy to walk to many of the major attractions.
Felt weird having the toilet separated from the shower.

Clean, well kept and located centrally
Unhelpful staff over the phone, I had to call multiple times to get the address of the parking garage and yet the address was sent very late by message.
A short 1 hour late checkout is apparently not possible (for free or for a fee) unless you pay for a 3 hours later checkout, which we were not interested in. This seems somewhat inadequate for a hotel of this standing.
