Hotel Abba

Value for money decent location friendly staff clean and comfortable stay.

Nothing

The property is well-located, convenient for the City Centre and entertainment; the staff were exceedingly polite and friendly, willing to chat and offer assistance, the room was straightforward, clean, and everything worked.

For the money, the room could have been a bit better (the ledge under the TV was loose and, although tidy, it was a bit bare) - the main gripe were the stairs, with multiple doors (which were for fire/security) which made accessing the room tricky.

I was really impressed with the complimentary food and drink in the lobby area, the comfort of the room (including the beautiful windows over the street) and the included breakfast. They also allowed me to store my bag there on the day I checked out - this was for free and in a locked room - which helped me massively. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! It's also very easy to reach from the centre by tram (there's a tram stop directly outside the hotel!).

I can't think of anything. I was really impressed with everything. It exceeded my expectations, considering the relatively cheap price.

Good size of the room, clean but worn out.

Since the hotel is above a supermarket you will hear the hum of the cooling/airconditioner and at times it is really loud. Like really loud, even my bed was vibrating from the sound a couple of times.
