Personeel was op de meeste plekke oke kamer werd zeer netjes schoongemaakt
de kamer ze wisten dat we met een rolstoel kwamen maar je kon er je kont nog niet keren dat was jammer dus dat viel vies tegen
bediening in het cafe viel tegen je moest erg lang op een drankje wachten

We loved the location and staff was wonderful.

A little bit noisy with other guests coming and going. Nothing extreme or nasty, but you can clearly hear everything that happens in the corridors

Great place and a home away from home. Wonderfully located, close to the train station, but in a quiet street. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The wifi has always been good and reliable, but this time it's been up and down, and sometimes very slow. Perhaps the system needs an update or upgrade?

The lady in the reception was very nice.
The room wasn’t fully cleaned, not the best service. When you go to a four star hotel, you expected a four star hotel. I’ve staid in three stars hotels that was better.

This is my second visit to Bilderberg. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, finding a secure place to store my bike. The hotel is of a high standard and the breakfast was excellent.
The service at dinner could have been a little better. There were some delays and misunderstandings, although the quality of the food was excellent.
