Proximity to the airport & free shuttle were very advantageous. Staff were super friendly & so nice l literally wished l could go home with the server at breakfast - she was so kind to us! Breakfast was superb

I couldn’t quite work out the air con/heating situation, but muddled through so that l wasn’t cold. The bathroom & hallway lighting had sensors & if you switched them off & tried to move away they flicked back on, which was most disconcerting late at night. Using the toilet in the night meant you didn’t need to touch the switches at all, as the bathroom lit up by itself once you entered. Pretty cool to be fair!

Shuttle was great and the rooms were excellent. The staff were very friendly and the service was great.

Het feit dat je in het hotel blijkbaar Engels moet spreken om bediend te worden.

We kregen van de receptioniste een gratis upgrade naar een Business Class kamer. Deze kamer was ruim, had een groot bad en al de nodige voorzieningen zoals een grote kluis, koffie en thee faciliteiten en airco.

We waren heel tevreden, er viel ons niets tegen.

Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt! Sauber und gute Ausstattung im Bad. Kaffee an der Rezeption, den man sich vor der Abreise nehmen kann.

Bad etwas hart und man konnte kein Fenster nicht öffnen.

A very nice clean room, bigger than most I have experienced in Amsterdam. The staff was friendly and accommodated where they could. I would stay here again.

The airport shuttle situation. Free to the hotel, but 5€ to return to the airport. It is quite a ways away from anything so you are locked into staying at the hotel. Not walking distance from anything.

Fijn hotel voor een overnachting bij Schiphol. Snelle shuttleverbinding. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed restaurant, waar er heerlijk hebben gegeten. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een grotere kamer. Uitstekend bed.

Communication recieved from hotel very poor and assistance non existant. I have send an email two days prior my arrival to request an extra day accommodation. I did not receive any reply and even after arriving at the hotel I was not able to get any answer from them. I was just told to contact the front desk the folowing morning without any excuse or question or explanation. The next morning I was just bluntly informed that they cannot accommodate me with the result that I had to find other accommodation on a very short notice. I was dissapointed in the way i was treated by the reception desk staff and i dont think I wil stay at the Radison Blu in future.

Prachtige ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed. Groene omgeving ondanks korte afstand tot Schiphol.

Even though this was an airport hotel, the transport links were excellent. We used the hotel shuttle from and to the airport and there was a public bus stop only a 3 minute walk away that we could use to get to other places. The buses started early in the morning till very late at night. The room was a good size.

The bathroom was a little tired, there was a large crack in the tiles and in the bath and the shower could do with updating. It would be good if the hotel bar stayed open later at night, 11pm is very early to close.

My recent stay was excellent. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, and the convenient shuttle service to the airport made my trip hassle-free. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed. With its close proximity to the airport, this hotel is a top choice for travelers seeking a convenient and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it.

The only downside of my stay was that the shower didn't function properly; it had a leak. Because we were only there for one night, we didn't have a chance to request that it be repaired - but I have no doubt that it would have been had we asked (and that it was repaired after our departure). Everything else was great.

Ruime kamer en perfecte locatie en gratis shuttle naar hotel.

Because of over booking and their mistake about payment I had to spend most of my time at loby. When they decide to transfer me to another hotel, it was already after midnight and new hotel was at the other end of the city. My purpose was staying near by to airport but I ended up with 3 hours sleep and almost same amout of taxi fee with my stay.

The Shuttle bus to and from airport is very convenient. Room was spacious, comfortable.

The room was not properly vacuumed.
