It’s a nice apartment near the beach.

It’s very close to the Seven Seas beach, very clean, and well-equipped.

The AC is only at the bedroom, not at the common room. It’s really hot and humid just to hang out at the common room, considering the common temperature in Puerto Rico is already hot. The kitchen appliances are really old, even though it’s still can be used.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate. Appart was well located and 2 minutes walk fron Seven Seas beach. Very clean and perfect for a family. Thanks a lot!!

Clean well kept, good location restaurant and beach in walking distance, very secure, felt safe. Definitely next stay will be here. Two thumbs up.👍👍

wonderful. Juan was very patient and helpful and responsive

location to seven seas beach and others. very walkable to restaurants. Gated, secure. very clean. comfortable bed. beach chairs and towels. nicely decorated. very nice stay.

AC just in bedroom.

Exceptional

It was a perfect little apartment, clean and comfortable. . Walking distance to the beach and dinner. Take the trail to the left of Seven Seas to Escondida beach. Worth the hike. We were also there for some sort of horse rally. The whole town was filled with beautiful horses prancing around.

Could use a supply of trash bags.

It had everything you need and a great location

We couldn’t get a car, so this location was perfect for just walking to the beach. It is a complete roomy apartment with a kitchen for long stays. The place is old but we’ll kept and clean.

Large Apartment. The host leaves a lot of equipment (free to use) i.e. sand umbrella, camping chairs, etc etc... The position is key to a lot of nice beaches and attractions.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Too many insects get inside the unit, no matter the mosquito nets

Very clean, great location right in the middle of all activities. Great host, always reachable, understanding and accommodating.

Authentic Semi- Private Puerto Rican Lodging in a Gated Property.

I loved the authentic feel of the apt. everything was in good working order and it was comfortable and clean. So close to the Seven Seas beach.

Kind of hard to find because there’s no address in front.

Quiet, safe gated, securely located at far end of proper, clean, private, comfortable space to accommodate a family of 3. AC and ceiling fan. TV, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Apt3 ground level three walls of window for being in the corner. Property prompt response for assistance.

no washer/dryer, lots of ants and mosquitoes indoors. sofa mattress needs updating. Booking instructions to property only popped up a map without details. local antena for local tv channels. Not facing the beach.

Comfortable and safe

I liked that it was affordable, comfortable and safe. Communication with owner was excellent, very friendly and helpful in giving my family and I directions, and instructions to make checking in very easy. It was very near the beach and area restaurants, you can walk if you like.
