Property clean, good wi-fi and nice locatiopn.

I really liked the location, the possibility of renting bicycles, and the cleanliness and quietness of the apartment. The interior was beautiful and stylish, and I found the apartment very comfortable.

There are, however, a few things that I think could be improved. Considering the relatively high price of the accommodation, I found it a little unusual that guests are expected to make the bed themselves and remove the bed linen before departure. It would also be convenient to have an option for breakfast nearby, as there are currently no good breakfast options within walking distance. The thing I found most confusing, however, was the payment procedure. I booked the apartment through Booking.com, but immediately afterwards I received an email from a third party with a link asking me to make the payment directly to that third party. At the same time, Booking.com repeatedly warned me not to click on such links or make payments to third parties. This made the situation very confusing and caused me some concern. In the end, I had to make the payment through the link at my own risk, as there did not seem to be another clear way to pay. I found this payment procedure very inconvenient and confusing. It would be much more reassuring if payments could be made directly through Booking.com, or if it were clearly explained in advance why payment to a third party is required.

The location is great, walking distance to the EcoMare sanctuary and the beach. They actually have a bike rental on site which we didn't know but they offer both regular and electric bikes, children bikes as well. There is quite a lot of parking on site so if you come by car you can park next to the residence. FYI the coffee maker is Senseo - we came with nespresso capsules and couldn't use them.

The main point of dissatisfaction for me is the fact that they actually don't respect the payment policy that is stated on Booking. They send you a payment link instead and ask you to pay in advance - they say you can pay with your account but that can't be made due to booking masking email addresses, so you just have to send a bank transfer. You cannot even pay with a card. I hope booking stops this practice - if the property advertises that you pay on arrival I expect to pay with my card at the reception or a booth. This was very unpleasant! The property is very very VERY basic. No soap or towel in the toilet, no amenities, no toilet paper. We knew from the past reviews what the situation is but compared to the price, it's not great value for money.
