Great location, fast elevators, reasonably priced, air conditioning worked well.

It was filthy. Mold on pillows, sinks and tubs, stains on furniture, smelled musty. We had to air it out.

needed updating, there was no guest register or parking passes. I was told to go to the office to get the parking passes, no one there. took an hour. got passes from a worker on site. day 2, we got locked ourt of the room. somehow the pass code got changed. after a confusing phone call, got the new code. good time at he beach

Location was excellent! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured.

Need a little better directions...door code was incorrect and location of the parking passes was not given and was not in an obvious location.

The place was very nice. The location is perfect! The beach was beautiful.

The arrival letter had key pickup and a digital code to unlock the door. The arrival letter did NOT have an address for the key pickup and the code they gave us did not work. We called and waited over an hour and a half after the check in time to get into the condo. We left messages and FINALLY someone called back. We then had to drive to the other end of the island to get the keys. While my husband was getting the keys, another person was having the same problem with their condo. When someone called back, they gave them a generic code. Guess what? That code worked for our condo too. So we finally got in and didn’t need the keys! Also, during our stay something happened with the water. It started coming out with greasy, black flakes. We called and were told to let it run for half hour or so. It cleared up but I scrubbed for an hour to get it out of the sinks. I just left it in the other shower and toilets.

The condo was clean & in a great location away from the chaos in the center of Fort Myers Beach. The condo was well appointed and comfortable.

No complaints.
