Lovely hotel, lovely pool, great choice of food and friendly staff, will stay again.

Rooms a little too small for 3 people sharing.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were good. Plenty sun loungers when we were there but it got busy. Rooftop pool was great (you need to book).

A lot of staff didn’t speak English. Some parts of hotel pretty worn. Corridor to our room always seemed dark.

The rooms are a bit outdated, and the lighting is poor. Breakfast is outstanding. The pool area has too few benches, and people take them for the whole day.

Very dark corridors leading to the rooms – how about lighting them up with new LEDs? Guests on nearby balconies are smoking cannabis, not to my liking. This should be banned at the hotel, as the smell is just terrible.

The hotel was very clean in all areas and the breakfast included have a brilliant variety of food that was fresh and really nice. There was a man at the reception when we check out and he was beyond kind and helpful.

Our hotel room was beside a construction site which had a lot of loud nice like jackhammering etc which started early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep in and it also stopped us from sitting out on the balcony during the day as the noise was so loud. The lady on housekeeping left us without towels and we had to ask reception several times before the would give us towels and the reception staff weren’t pleasant in helping us. We wanted to use the safe in our room which we were paying extra for but the staff weren’t able to get our safe to work and again they weren’t very pleasant about this. We asked at the bar one evening for sugar because we had none in our room and the bar staff were quite rude about such a minor ask.
