- staff so helpful at gate, and with telephone in apartment to contact anytime - felt very secure and safe, 24h security - immaculate cleanliness, the cleaners came daily and everything was changed - the location is 5 min walk to main v&a shopping area. But the gated residential complex is huge (many apartment blocks) with 5 pools, the best pool is eye level with the canal and the other one with views of the marina and yachts is so nice and bigger for lounging. The pools are cold, no pool bars. - the style of the apartment was so tasteful and homely/modern. The apartment had 2 balconies and 1 small patio, it was amazing to see table mountain from bedroom patio. And the marina canal from lounge patio. The apartment had everything you could need. - the price for apartment can be reasonable depending on time of year, and being in central / safest capital city location, the price is great. - there is no restaurants in complex because it is a short walk to amazing v&a restaurants.

Location perfect!! The bedding and furniture are worn and old. Cushions on bed also very thin and old

Bed linne need serious upgrade

The apartment itself was great, very nice.

The location is good in theory. But the fiddling about getting over bridges and down stairs (with a pushchair) was annoying. It’s also a long walk to the Waterfront, especially with small children. There is also nowhere to buy basics like milk or water.
