Elegant setting, and superior service. Food was excellent!

Als ich vom Flughafen im Sheraton ankam, eröffnete man mir, dass im Hotel seit drei Tagen kein Strom verfügbar sei. Es gäbe kein AC und kein Warmwasser. Ich habe mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht, wie fast alle anderen Gäste auch. Es gab kein allgemeines Stromproblem, sondern nur Sheraton hatte keinen Strom. Ich habe intensive Recherchen angestellt und herausgefunden, dass Sheraton offensichtlich die Stromrechnung seit längerem nicht gezahlt hatte und deshalb der Strom abgezwickt wurde. Ich finde es aber absolut unverschämt, dass ein vermeintlich internationales Spitzenhotel die Gäste nicht rechtzeitig informiert und aktiv Alternativhotels anbietet. Nichts dergleichen!! Unbeholfene Gäste sind in so einem Fall absolut hilflos. Ich erwarte eigentlich irgendeine Form der Wiedergutmachung.

The bed was big and extremely comfortable we had an amazing view of the union building

Unfortunately we found a few tiny cockroaches in the bathroom.. the upholstery especially on the occasional chairs truly does need a deep vacuum as there were a few stains on the couch.. The property does need some love as some things are falling apart.. A mini bar would have been great..

Shower was too small. Shower head was not able to rotate. Water came out of the shower. Basin mixer sprayed water like a shower. No bath mat provided. Security in the parking lot were very annoyed to open and close the boom. Reception staff were friendly. Towels need attention. 1 of the towels was torn, others discolored.

The TV channel choice was not good and the TV sound as well. The shower head is not energy efficient and wastes water

great staff,wonderful layout of hotel ,excellent spa great room furnishings ,excellent shower .amazing view of union building

the pool steps are metal bars - did not feel safe. need a flat step on the bars otherwise slip and injury risk is high slow room service -waited 90 minutes and order was different but still yummy
