Excellent hotel, staff members were excellent, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, special thanks for all reception staff. Location was convenient if you want to escape midtown crowds.

Towel doesn’t absorb water. It should be improved.

Location was the only saving grace. This hotel needs to be renovated and revamped.
Food in the restaurant and room service was unedible. The housekeeping staff lacked consistency. My wife and family were not happy at all. We had booked the hotel for 12 days but cut it short when we could no longer tolerate it.

old towels must replace frequently towels with new towels. It was a very rough cloth, and smoothness/softness was not there.

I paid more what I got, the room is old and is regular not a sweet, tv was not working !! why the driver if i ordered delivery can't enter the reception, he waited me near security since they didn't let him enter.

Location was silent and calm and secured. And personelles are really really kind and gentil.
Just your pillows are really Hard. They may be softened a bit.

2. Location limits you to Shaikh Zayed and 6th of October area if you are not willing to make long trips to downtown Cairp
